ADHD Brain Hub currently accepts voluntary contributions from supporters who wish to help maintain and develop the platform.
Contributions are voluntary and are not payments for access to ADHD Brain Hub, its games, educational content, Brain Skills, Knowledge Hub, Brain Toolkit, or other free resources. Contributors do not receive additional access, membership, or other benefits in exchange for a contribution.
There is currently no subscription or recurring payment commitment associated with contributions, so there is nothing to cancel. A contribution is a voluntary, once-off payment unless a different arrangement is expressly stated at the time of payment.
If you make a contribution in error or believe a payment was made incorrectly, please contact us as soon as possible with the payment details. We will review the request and, where appropriate, arrange a full or partial refund.
Any refund will be handled through the applicable payment provider and in accordance with its processing requirements. This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable South African law.
