Understand shape, position and movement.
Spatial reasoning is your ability to mentally picture how things are positioned, how they'll move, and how pieces fit together in space.
It's behind everyday tasks like packing a car boot efficiently, reading a map, or predicting how a domino chain will fall before it happens.
Spatial reasoning itself isn't a core ADHD-affected domain the way attention or working memory are, but sustained visual planning (holding a mental picture steady long enough to plan several moves ahead) draws on the same attention systems that ADHD can affect.
