Why I Bought It

I originally discovered Additiva in Germany. I was looking for something that supported energy and mental performance without making me feel overly stimulated.

My Personal Experience

Additiva became one of my personal benchmark supplements. It provides excellent brain energy — the combination of nutrients works particularly well for my mind, giving mental energy without the uncomfortable edge some stimulants produce. It's one of the products I compare other brain-energy supplements against.

What the Science Says

Additiva is a long-running German multivitamin and multimineral brand (effervescent tablets and similar formats), covering things like a general B-vitamin complex, vitamin C, vitamin D3, and magnesium. It's a general nutritional-support product rather than a targeted nootropic or ADHD supplement. General multivitamin research supports the idea that correcting an actual nutrient deficiency can improve energy and wellbeing, but taking a multivitamin when you're not deficient in anything generally shows little to no measurable cognitive benefit in research.

What We Don't Know

There's no research tying Additiva specifically, or general multivitamin use broadly, to ADHD symptom improvement. Any effect is most plausible if it's correcting an actual gap in your diet, not as a direct cognitive enhancer.

Safety & Cautions

Multivitamins are broadly very safe at standard doses, though it's still worth checking labels for total dosages (particularly fat-soluble vitamins like A and D, which can build up) if you're taking more than one supplement that includes overlapping vitamins/minerals.

My Honest Verdict

Personally Useful to Me

One of my benchmark favourites. When I find another supplement that performs well, I often compare it to Additiva.

Not medical advice. This page shares personal experience and general research summaries — it is not a diagnosis, treatment, or cure for ADHD or anything else. Always talk to a qualified healthcare professional before starting any supplement.
